Life at the University (DWU)
The photo was taken at the memorial park in 2013 This is the story of how I came to Divine Word University. Like all the other students, I completed my secondary education in 2010 at Aiyura National High School. Today it is known as School of Excellence. Unfortunately, I was not selected to any of the institutions that I had my choice on. Between 2011-2012 I stayed home and upgraded my marks through DODL. While upgrading I also do a side job as a PMV bus crew. I would attend to my assessments during the night and work during the day. Two years at home is too much. I felt the pressure of being at home. I wanted to go to school. With so much pressure, I sat down in my bed tears running down my eyes, I cried to God. On that beautiful night, I remember talking to God as a person. Expressing my emotions openly. " God, I have served you diligently all my life since I started my primary education. If I did not get any offer next year, it's over. You and I are done!" I made thi...
